To receive the refund, you must provide us with proof in one of the ways listed below:

1) Send us your TikTok or Instagram account of you using the SoftestSofa for the 30-day time frame.

2) Compile a video of your dog refusing to stay in the SoftestSofa, captured on the first day you started and 30 days after (not the entire 30 days).

3) Whether in a photo or Reels, there must be visible proof of your dog refusing to stay in the SoftestSofa every single day within a 30-day timeframe.
